1 1/2 oz. Harry & David Black Currant Champagne Topper
3/4 oz. light rum
3/4 oz. lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into a highball glass with ice.
Garnish with your own Caribbean twist (we used basil and red currants).
