1 chicken ( cooked and deboned) 1 large onion, chopped 1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese garlic clove, minced 1 T. chili powder 3 cans cream of chicken soup 1 can tomato and chili's (Ro-tel) 1 package of flour tortillas
Layer chicken in 9 x 13" pan. Soak the tortillas for a few minutes in the chicken stock. Place all of the ingredients in the casserole in given order. Bake 350º for 45 minutes or until hot.
