12 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
2 oz. rum flavoring
1/2 c. powdered sugar
4 c. heavy whipping cream
5 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks until creamy; beat in sugar, salt, vanilla, nutmeg and rum favoring.
Beat egg whites until stiff, beating in powdered sugar. Add cream and milk to yolk mixture; fold in egg whites. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
