3 lbs. new potatoes 4 T. olive oil 3/4 tsp. salt pepper to taste 1 tsp. rosemary
Cut the new potatoes in quarters. Place them in a large mixing bowl and add the other ingredients. Stir well. Place in 9 x 13" pan. Bake 45 mins. at least, in a 450º oven. Stir a few times as they bake.
