1 1/2 lbs. brocolli
1/2 c. hot water
1/3 c. melted butter
1 T. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cut brocolli into spears. ( Cut off the ends) Place in 12 x 8" baking dish with brocolli flowerets toward the center. Add water and cover. Microwave on high about 8-12 mins or until fork tender, rotating dish once. Let stand 3-5 mins. Drain.

Microwave butter in small dish about 45 seconds or until melted. Stir in lemon juice and salt. Pour over brocolli. Garnish with lemon twists or you could grate a little of the rind.
