1 qt. red beans, cooked & pureed
1/2 lb. butter
1/2 lb. grated cheese (provolone or your favorite)
4 jalapeno peppers, chopped fine
1 t. jalapeno juice
2 T. minced onion
1 clove garlic, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and heat over hot water. I've had good luck heating and serving this in a crock pot.

This is a basic recipe. Add/change ingredients to suit your taste (more jalapeno, different cheeses or beans).
