6 potatoes
Cracker Barrel Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (10 oz pkg.), grated
chopped onions (optional)
White Sauce: 2 T. butter, 2 T. flour & 1 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard
Worcestershire sauce
paprika
salt & pepper

Boil the potatoes with skins on. When tender, drain off the water. Let cool. For best result place potatoes in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.

Peel and cut potatoes into about 1 1/2" pieces. Place in a greased casserole . Add onions, if desired.

Make the White Sauce: Melt the butter, add the flour and 1 tsp. dry mustard; stir until well mixed. Add the cup of milk ,and a couple of dashes of Worcestershire, salt, pepper and cook until thickened. Add about 3/4 of the cheese (grated). Pour over the potatoes. Sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. Bake about 1 hr. at 350

This is an easy recipe to make more of. You can make 1 1/2 or 2 etc. cups of White Sauce. It is delicious.
