5 c. potatoes, cooked & diced
3 hard cooked eggs
2 T. green pepper, minced
1/2 c. celery, chopped
3 T. onion, chopped

1 c. sour cream
1.2 c. salad dressing
2 T. lemon juice
1 T. powdered sugar
2 t. salt
1.2 t. dry mustard

mix mustard, salt, sugar & lemon juice. Add to sour cream & salad dressing. Pour over remaining ingedients and mix well. Chill before serving.
