1 1/2 lb. yellow squash
1 can cream of chicken soup (or cream of mushroom)
1 small can pimentoes
2 med carrots, shredded
1 c. sour cream
1 onion, chopped
1 pkg. dressing, prepared

Directions:
Directions:
Peel squash, slice & boil about 20 minutes). Add onions & carrots. Finish boiling, then strain, mix with soup, sour cream & veggies. Prepare dressing according to package. Line casserole dish with dressing; pour soup/vegetable mix on top. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
