1 c. chopped ham or sausage or bacon
2 c. shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
8 oz. pkg. crescent rolls
2/3 c. milk
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Press crescent rolls into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Pinch all seams together and spread to cover bottom. Sprinkle cheese and meat over dough. Beat eggs, milk and spices together. Pour egg mixture over meat and cheese. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Be sure middle is firm before removing from oven.

This is very good with pancakes and an easy breakfast for a crowd, that doesn't have to sit overnight. Please enjoy!
