Ingredients:  
6 good-sized potatoes, boiled in skins
2 c shredded cheddar cheese
c melted butter
1/3 c green onions, chopped (use some green tops)
1 t salt
t pepper
2 c sour cream (room temperature)
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook, cool, & peel potatoes, shred coarsely, add shredded cheese & toss lightly. Mix sour cream, salt & pepper. Mix into potato-cheese mixture. Dot with butter. Bake at 375 25 min until heated through. Can be made earlier & heated later.
