2 1/2 lb. new potatoes, unpeeled and sliced 1/2" thick 2 1/2 c. whipping cream 3 T. Dijon mustard 2-3 cloves garlic (crushed) 3 T. butter 1/2 c. parmesan cheese salt and pepper
Layer sliced potatoes, season with salt and pepper in 9 x 13" greased pan. In saucepan, combine whipping cream, mustard, garlic and butter. Pour over the sliced potatoes. Cover. Bake 1 hr. at 350. Uncover; add parmesan cheese and bake until tender, about another hour or so.
