Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This recipe was given to Jean Shapero by the mother (Louise Lee) of her 2nd grade boy friend, Billy Lee, and has been passed on to Cathy Shapero.

Jean says she does not bake the graham cracker crust first and Cathy recommends criss crossing the bottom of the spring form pan with aluminum foil (then put a round piece of foil over the criss crossed pieces of foil) prior to greasing to help remove the cheese cake.
