Carrots, Yellow squash, Butter, Fresh chives, Fresh tarragon
salt and pepper

Directions:
Saute the carrots and squash in butter. Add finely snipped chives and tarragon to the pan. Saute a few minutes till the vegetables are done. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the carrots and squash. I use a julienne cutter to get fine strips of the vegetables. You can get them at a kitchen store.
