2/3 c. uncooked acini de pepe (macaroni)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 T. flour
1 egg, beaten
1 c. pineapple juice
1 - 8 oz. can crushed pineapple, drained, save juice
1 - 15 1/4 oz. can pineapple tidbits, drained, save juice
1 - 11 oz. can mandarin oranges, drained
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 - 8 oz. cool whip

Directions:

Cook macaroni in salt water with 1 T. oil. (It will look like tapioca when cooked) Rinse well in cold water. In saucepan, combine sugar, salt, flour, egg, and juice. Cook until mixture thickens. Combine sauce and macaroni in large bowl. Let set overnight in refrigerator. Add pineapple, mandarin oranges and marshmallows. Fold in cool whip. Refrigerate.
