2 c. flour 1 3/4 c. flour 1/2 c. baking cocoa 1 tsp. salt 5 eggs 1 c. oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips
In a mixing bowl, combine the first 7 ingredients; beat until smooth. Pour into a greased 13"x9" baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
