1 head of iceberg lettuce, washed and torn into small pieces
1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite sized pieces
2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. croutons
2 c. cashews
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese


Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine lettuce, cauliflower, cheese, croutons, and cashews. In a small bowl, mix mayo, sugar, and Parmesan. Add to salad mix right before serving.
