3 cups flour
1 cup rye or whole wheat flour
3 tbsp shortening
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add 2 whole beaten eggs, enough water to handle. Divide, roll thin, bake on cookie sheets 375-400F like pastry dough for approx. 10 min.
