2 cups cooked chickpeas (reserve water)
1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 tbsp each olive oil and flax oil
pepper and garlic to taste

Add chickpea water to desired consistency if needed. Use as a dip for veggies.
