1 box frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained (squeeze dry)
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Hellman's mayonnaise
1 envelope Knox vegetable soup (dry)
1 small can water chestnuts, drained and dried
2 Tbsp. chopped green onion

Mix well and refrigerate overnight.
Good on rye bread, Hawaiian bread, vegetables, and crackers
