Turkey Giblets
1 sm. Onion, chopped
4 c. Water
½ c. Butter
1 (6oz.) pkg. Long Grain Wild Rice
2½ c. Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
1 stalk Celery, chopped
1½ c. Chicken Broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Place the giblets and water in a sauce pan. Cover and simmer for 2 hours or until tender. Prepare the rice as directed. In a small skillet, sauté the celery and onion in the butter until tender then add to the rice. Drain and dice the giblets. Stir the stuffing and giblets into the rice mixture. Spoon the mixture into an ungreased 1.5 quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered at 350º for 25-30 minutes or until heated through. Makes 8-10 servings.
