4 Baked Potatoes
2 T. Chives, chopped
1 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
2 T. Milk
4 slices Bacon, cooked to a crisp and crumbled
c. Butter
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Slit the potatoes length-wise and scoop out the centers, leaving just the skins. Mash the potatoes and mix in the milk, butter, cheese, half of the bacon, and seasonings. Fill the potato skins with the mixture. Top with the remaining cheese and bacon. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
