1 lb. Hamburger
3 c. Tomato Juice
1 sm. Onion, chopped
1 tsp. Salt
1 sm. Bell Pepper, chopped
1 c. Minute Rice
1 Garlic Clove, minced
Chopped Parsley (opt.)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown the first four ingredients in a skillet. Add the tomato juice. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add the salt and rice. Simmer until the rice is tender and the mixture thickens. Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
