2 c. Celery, diced
½ c. Raisins
½ c. Onion, chopped
2 Eggs, beaten
¹/3 c. Butter, melted
¼ c. Pecans, chopped
4 c. Seasoned Stuffing Cubes
1 tsp. Sage
1 c. dried Apricots, chopped finely
1 tsp. Salt
1 c. Chicken Broth
¼ tsp. Pepper

Preheat oven to 375º. Sauté the celery and onion in the butter until tender. Remove from heat & add the rest of the ingredients. Mix well and shape into 12 balls. Place the balls into a greased baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375º for 25 minutes or until brown.
