2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen Broccoli Spears
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 c. grated American Cheese
2/3 c. Evaporated Milk
1 can French Fried Onion Rings

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Cook the broccoli as directed for 4 minutes. Drain & place into a greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with the cheese. Mix the milk and soup together and pour over the broccoli. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Top with the onion rings & bake an additional 10 minutes, or until the onion rings are crisp & golden. Serves 6 to 8.

For variety, you can also use asparagus spears, French-cut green beans, green peas, or mixed vegetables instead of broccoli. I like to serve these with rolls and fruit salads.
