1 pound ground beef
1 box lasagna noodles
1 large jar Classico spaghetti sauce
1 pound small curd cottage cheese
8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 large egg
Salt and pepper
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Brown beef and add spaghetti sauce. Simmer while preparing noodles and cheese mixture.

Boil noodles for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water (to make them easy to handle). Lightly beat egg and stir into cottage cheese. Add salt and pepper. Cover bottom 9 x 13-inch pan with 1/2 meat/sauce mixture. cover with 1/2 of overlapping noodles followed by 1/2 of cottage cheese, 1/3 of mozzarella, 1/3 sauce, another layer of 1/3 noodles, rest of cottage cheese, 1/3 mozzarella, final layer of noodles, sauce, mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese to cover lightly. Bake for 1/2 hour. Let stand a few minutes before cutting into squares.
