1/4 c. margarine
1 medium green bell pepper- chopped
1 medium onion - chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel diced tomatoes & green chili's
2 c. cooked chicken (diced or shredded)
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Corn Tortillas - torn into bite size pieces
chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 325 degrees.
In a large saucepan melt margarine and cook green pepper and onion until tender (about 5 minutes).
Add soups, Rotel and chicken, stirring until well blended. To moisten the corn tortillas, put them in a small dish of chicken broth for about 10 seconds then tear them into pieces. In a 13x9 baking pan (spray with non-stick cooking spray) layer tortillas, 1/2 of the chicken/soup mixture and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese. Repeat using the remaining chicken/ soup mixture and another cup of cheese. Put the last layer of tortilla's over the cheese and then add the last 1 cup of cheese.

Bake 40 minutes or until hot and bubbling.
