BOTTOM LAYER: 1/2 c. sugar 1 c. brown sugar 1 c. butter 4 c. oatmeal
TOP LAYER: 3/4 c. creamy peanut butter 3/4 c. chocolate chips
Mix together ingredients for bottom layer. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake at 350º for 10 to 15 minutes. Meanwhile melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together in a pan on top of the stove. Spread melted mixture on cooled bottom layer. Cut into squares.
