2 c all-purpose flour
5oz butter, frozen
2 T sugar
1 lg egg
4-5 T dry white wine

Directions:
Directions:
take frozen butter and grate in on a cheese grater into the 2 c flour. work with your hand until it resembles rice. use fork to work in sugar.

beat egg in separate bowl. add wine to egg, and then mix into flour mixture.

shape into ball. store in frig until ready to use, or roll out on lightly floured surface and top your pot pie with it. place a few cuts in the top to vent and bake @ 350 for about 30 minutes. i also like to add an egg white wash for the last 5 minutes or so...
