1 bunch fresh broccoli, washed, drained, broken into florettes
1/2 c. red onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 lb. bacon, fried, crumbled
1/2 c. hulled sunflower seeds
1/2 c. raisins
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 T. vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together in a bowl; mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar. Be sure to dissolve the sugar. In large plastic bowl; combine broccoli, onion, celery, sunflower seeds; and raisins. Pour the dressing over the bowl of salad, store in refrigerator with lid on it. Bowl can be turned over to help mix the dressing. Fry the bacon, crumble store in separate
bowl in refrigerator, place on top of individual bowls of salad at serving time. This will keep the bacon from getting soft.
