1 1/2lb browned & drained hamburger meat
1 pkg taco seasoning
3/4 c water
4 med.-large baked potatoes
12-14 american cheese slices
1 can rotel
butter
salt & pepper
Optional Toppings: sour cream, olives, tomatoes, salsa, etc.

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare taco meat according to seasoning mix. In a med. sauce pan, add rotel & cheese. Cook over med. heat, stir offten until well blended. Bust open cooked potatoe & butter,salt, & pepper to taste. Top potatoe with meat, cheese, & any optional toppings desired. Serve with corn chips.
