1 lb. ground beef 1 1/2 T. Italian seasoning 48 oz. Prego 1 lb. lasagna noodles,uncooked 24 oz. cottage cheese 1 lb. mozzarella cheese,grated
Brown ground beef add Italian seasoning. Mix well. Cover bottom of lasagna pan with sauce. Top with layer of noodles. Spread with meat mixture and 1/2 of cottage cheese,then 1/3 mozzarella. Add another layer of noodles and lightly cover with sauce. Pour remaining meat and cottage cheese and 1/3 of mozzarella. Add 1/3 layer of noodles and remaining mozzarella and sauce. Top with Parmesan. Cover with aluminum foil. and bake for 1 hour at 350º. Let set 10 minutes before cutting.
