1/2 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups white sugar
3 eggs
6 tbsp. cocoa
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Marshmallow Cream Icing

1/2 stick oleo (margarine)
2 cups powdered sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
Milk to spread

Grease and flour pan (I use 11 x 15 inch pan). Mix ingredients. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Spread on marshmallow cream while warm. Nuts may be added.
