2 pkgs. frozen broccoli 1 can cream of celery soup 1/3 lb. velveeta cheese 3/4 stick butter 1/2 stick butter 1 1/2 pkg. Ritz crackers,crushed 1 can water chestnuts,sliced
Cook broccoli,drain. Place in greased 9x13 pan. Mix 1/2 can water with the soup and water chestnuts.3/4 stick butter and dice the cheese into it. Pour over broccoli. Bake 20 min. at 350º. Mix cracker crumbs and 1.2 cup butter. Put over top and bake a bit longer to brown.
