2lbs of ground beef
2 medium onions chopped
1 clove of garlic crushed
1lb of shell macaroni
1lb can of stewed tomatoes
1-15oz jar of Ragu spaghetti sauce/ I use a half jar more sauce
1 1/2 pints of sour cream
1/2 lb of provolone cheese
1/2 lb of mozzarella cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef in olive oil add chopped onion and drain. Add tomatoes and sauce and simmer 20 minutes. Cook and drain pasta. Add 1/2 of the pasta to casserole dish, pour 1/2 of spaghetti sauce over noodles. Take 1/2 of sour cream and spread on top, along with provolone cheese. Repeat first step ending with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes, enjoy!

I use 1 and 1/2 jars of sauce because it is a little dry with one.
