2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 lb. lean ground chuck or sirloin
3 1/2 cups canned tomatoes
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup cut up green pepper
2 tsp. salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4-1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
1 8-oz. package elbow macaroni (cooked, rinsed and drained)
chopped parsley (optional)
grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in olive oil, stirring until it is lightly browned (a few minutes). Add meat and fry, stirring frequently until browned (about 8 minutes). Pour off excess oil.

Add tomatoes, celery, green pepper, seasonings and cooked macaroni. Cover and simmer about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Sprinkle with chopped parsley and grated cheese.

Serves 6. A long-time family favorite. We call it “goulash,” but it really isn’t goulash. Tom gave it that name for fun.
