1 package of six Thomas’ English muffins
1 jar of Old English cheese spread
1 regular-sized can (7 oz.) of white crab meat (Sea Fair brand)
1 ½ tsp. of mayonnaise
1 tsp. of garlic salt
4 oz. of butter (1 stick)

Directions:
Directions:
All ingredients should be at room temperature.

Drain crab meat. Mix everything (except muffins) at low speed in blender. Spread on halves of muffins.

Place halves on paper plates (four halves per plate). Cut each half into four quarters, cover with aluminum foil and freeze.

When preparing to serve, place on cookie sheet, with each quarter about two inches apart. Broil about five minutes or until the crab puffs are brown on top.
