1 packet of dry Au Jus Gravy Mix
1 14 oz. can of beef broth
1 beef bouillion cube
1 packet dry Italian dressing mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together and pour over a Chuck Roast cut of beef in the crock pot and cook on low until roast is very tender and falls off the bone. Remaining sauce is great for dipping while eating!
