You choose: 4 big chunks of ham, 4 cups of diced ham, or a ham bone with meat
2 qts of water
2 large onions, diced small
2 lb bag of Great Northern Beans
1 Tbs salt
1/2 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a large sauce pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Add more water or salt if needed during simmer.
