2 lbs of round steak cubed small
2 medium onions diced small
1 cup of diced celery
1 qt of canned tomatoes and if your not lucky enough to have those on hand, buy 2 large cans of Hunt's diced tomatoes.
1 15 oz can of lima beans with juice
1 15 oz can of cut green beans with juice
1 15 oz can of peas with juice
2 cups of diced potatoes
2 cups of diced carrots
8 cups of water
4 beef bullion cups
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
1Tbs oil

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, coat the bottom with 1Tbs of oil. On medium heat, brown the meat, stirring often. When meat is brown on all sides, add 4 cups of water over meat. Then add your onion, celery and simmer until meat is tender. This will take about 45 minutes to one hour. Stir often. Once the meat is tender, add the rest of your ingredients and the other 4 cups of water to the pot. Bring to a boil and reduce heat, simmer about ten minutes. Stir well and taste. Add more bullion if desired.
