8 medium potatoes
5 slices bacon
large onion
1 stick butter
1 can condensed milk
3 eggs
1 T. baking powder
2 T. Cream of Wheat
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and set aside. Peel then grate potatoes and onions add chopped bacon. Beat eggs in separate dish, add milk and melted butter and add this mixture to the potatoes. Then add in baking powder, cream of wheat and salt and mix. Place mixture in a 12x12 buttered baking dish. Place in a preheated 450 degree oven. After 10 minutes mix in pan to keep corners from burning. Turn the oven down to 350 F and cook an additional hour.
