Add enough flour to make a stiff dough, about 1 Cup

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out very thin on a floured surface. *Sprinkle dough with a little flour so when you roll the dough up the noodles will not stick. Roll up and slice noodles thin. Unroll and spread out and let dry an hour or two.

Chicken Stock:
1 Whole Chicken, washed and cleaned
1 Onion, chopped
2 Cups Celery, chopped
Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Salt to taste
Cook above ingredients until comes to boil then turn down and let simmer until chicken is done. Remove chicken from pan and let cool. When chicken is cool debone chicken then put chicken pieces back into soup stock. I will usually add a few cans of chicken broth also. Drop noodles into boiling stock. Turn down and cook about 20 minutes uncovered.
