8 Boneless and Skinless Chicken Breasts
2 Eggs, beaten
Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Pound chicken breasts on both sides, until very thin. Dip each breast into beaten eggs and then into seasoned bread crumbs. Place a slice of cheese in center of breast and roll up, secure ends with a toothpick. Place on a baking sheet. Bake @ 375 or until breasts are brown and cooked through. Serve with rice and sauce.

Sauce:
1 carton of sour cream
2 cans of cream of chicken soup.
Heat until hot.
