4 T. olive oil
2 lbs. ground chicken (or turkey)
salt
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (crushed)
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. ground oregano
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (16 oz.) jar mild salsa
2 cans (15-19 oz.) drained cannellini beans (white kidney)
1 can (14 oz.) chicken broth

In 6-qt. Dutch oven, heat olive oil. Brown meat, and add salt. Stir in cumin, oregano, cinnamon, and pepper. Cook 1 minute. Add salsa, beans. amd broth. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 15 minutes to blend flavors.
