1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c chopped onion
1/2 c cracker crumbs (divided)
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 lb yellow squash (cleaned, boiled, mashed)
1/4 c grated cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayonnaise, onion, 1/4 c cracker crumbs, egg, sugar, salt, pepper, cheese. Add squash. Mix well.
Pour squash mixture into lightly greased 1 quart baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over squash mixture. Bake uncovered 350 for 25-30 minutes.
