1 1/2 c oil
2 1/2 c self rising flour
1 c buttermilk
1 1/2 c sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp vinegar
1 oz red food coloring

ICING:
1 box powdered sugar
1 8 oz cream cheese softened
1 stick butter softened
1 tsp vanilla
1 c chopped nuts(opt)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Bake 350 for 35 minutes.

ICING: Cream together butter,cream cheese, vanilla. Add powdered sugar. Beat well. After you ice the cake. Sprinkle with nuts.(opt)
