1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 1 1/2 cups sifted flour 2 eggs 1 cup chopped walnuts 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl blend softened butter and sugar together. Add well beaten eggs. Sift in flour and salt. Add chopped nuts and flavoring. Mix until smooth and light. Drop dough in size cookie you would like onto a greased cookie sheet, spaced well apart. Place walnut in center of cookie.
