3-4 T. oil
1 c. long grain rice
2 c. chicken bouillon
2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cumin

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in large skillet. Add rice, brown. Dissolve bouillon in water. Add broth, onion, tomato sauce, garlic, and cumin to rice in skillet. Cover and simmer on low for 20 minutes. Put in casserole dish, top with cheddar cheese and melt in microwave.
