2 lb. Stew Meat
5 Potatoes, peeled and sliced
1 sm. bag Baby Carrots
3 Beef Bouillon Cubes
1 md. Onion, sliced
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Garlic Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the ingredients into a large pot. Put enough water in the pot to cover everything. Cook covered on medium-high heat until the vegetables are tender.

This recipe is good because you can come home from work, throw everything in a pot, and have dinner done in about 30 minutes. IT is good served with dinner rolls.
