10 oz. frozen chopped Broccoli, thawed and well drained
10 oz. frozen Peas, thawed and drained
1 sm. Onion, chopped
⅔ c. Mayonnaise
⅓ c. Sour Cream
Dash of Lemon Juice
3 stalks Celery, chopped
3 Hard-Boiled Eggs, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the peas and broccoli. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Add the celery, onion, salt and pepper. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream together in a large bowl. Stir in vegetables. Add the hard-boiled eggs and mix lightly. Add seasoning as desired. Chill until serving.
